Our consultations

Our consultations

We are not at our practice every day. We have a clinic three times a week on different days, usually between Monday and Friday and occasionally on Saturday.

If you want to hear your baby’s heartbeat, please call us at our telephone clinic between 13.00-14.00 h. We make an appointment with you within a few days. Beware: this is only if you are less than 24 weeks pregnant. If you do not feel your baby move after 24 weeks, see this information.

Thank you for your devoted and loving care. You are truly a fantastic team. You contributed to us having a wonderful and positive birth.

Complaints procedure

Complaints procedure

We do our best to help you as good as we can and we are always open for feedback. If you are not happy about something or if something is bothering you, please let us know, so we can see what we can do differently. Usually, we find a way to adapt our care to your needs. If we would not come to an agreement, you can consult an independent complaints officer at CBKZ (Centraal Bureau Klachtenmanagement in de Zorg) see here for more information.
